We offer courses to learn about information on disaster prevention as well as workshops on AED use for non-Japanese residents participating in Japanese courses, Japanese salon, or Japanese language schools within Arakawa City. These courses are offered in cooperation with the Arakawa and Ogu Fire Departments.
